 Eight
adventuresome French students traveled to New York to see "The
Gates", Christo and Jeanne-Claude's most recent public art
creation. Central Park was transformed into a colorful
procession of saffron posts suspending saffron nylon fabric.
When the wind blew and the sun shone, the joyfulness of the
exhibit became truly apparent. Of course, we could not let the
weekend go by without dining in two French restaurants and
seeing a Broadway play. A fun and memorable weekend.
